Hello Students and Families,
Welcome back to 88Keys! Whether you are just beginning your musical journey or coming back for another year of musical fun, we are very happy to have you. Before classes begin there are a few important things you will need to know! |

CLASS CONFIRMATION EMAILS
Please check your email inbox for your class confirmation email. These were sent a couple of weeks ago and include everything you will need to know about class start dates, times, and classroom names. If you have not yet received one, we kindly as that you contact us at info@88keys.ca. |

What's New For 2019-2020? |
|
|
Classes will take place weekly on Friday evenings at 6:45pm, with an exception of the 1st Friday of the month. Each class will be 45 minutes in duration.
Like our other weekly classes, the choir will have opportunities to perform at all of our annual school-wide shows (holiday recital, Junior Original Concert, and year-end recital), as well as outreach concerts and community festival performances. Students/families interested in joining are welcome to contact the front desk at any time for more details! |

Calling All Young Composers! |
|
|
Classes consist of 15 bi-weekly 30-minute individual lessons one-on-one with their teachers dedicated to composition work as well as 6 group lessons in which students share their pieces and receive constructive feedback. Classes run September to April.
Participating students may also have the opportunity to have their original compositions submitted for consideration in the national and international Junior Original Concerts! Students interested in participating are welcome to talk to their homeroom teacher or the front desk to learn more! |

Once again 88Keys has been kindly invited to perform at the annual "Our Talented Kids" presentation. Please let us know if your child is interested in participating! |

Reach out to us about volunteering opportunities!
Students who are at least JAC1 or seniors in their individual lessons are welcome to inquire how they can make our community a more musical place! |
