The AAPP is continually
exploring new ways for private physicians to acquire patients. To potentially offer
you a new avenue to more patients, we are excited to
announce a new partnership with MediBid (www.MediBid.com), an online marketplace to assist patients in search of private medical services in finding physicians.
The
process is simple and familiar. Patients build a profile on MediBid and
submit requests for medical services. The MediBid matching engine then
sends the requests to doctors who match the patient search criteria.
From the doctors who respond, patients make their selection.
As
a physician, you establish your own profile on MediBid and define
prices for your services. Patients who choose to work with you pay you
directly. Currently, MediBid has more than 20 unmatched patient requests for primary care/concierge medicine, and we'd like to see them all find their way to AAPP member practices.
As an AAPP member, if you register with MediBid before September 6th, you will receive a 6 month FREE trial of the service. After
6 months, if you believe the service to be worthwhile for your
practice, you may choose to continue your membership as a paying user
