service department, traveled to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Atlanta,
Georgia to
tackle Yamaha’s highest level of motorsports training. He successfully
completed both Silver and GoldYamahaTechnicalAcademy technician
training programs.
YTA
Silver level is a comprehensive, week long training course with focus on
advanced system diagnosis and troubleshooting. YTA Gold is the most advanced
Yamaha Factory training course to provide an even higher level of system
troubleshooting and diagnostics. Both classes provide hands on learning using
the most recent products, tools, and troubleshooting techniques available from
Yamaha Motors.

CONGRATULATIONS SCOTT HOKE
We would like to congratulate AMS team rider Scott Hoke on his performance in the 2009 AMA Pro Hillclimb Series. In his rookie season, Scott placed 4th overall in the Pro Sport class. Scott started the season off adjusting his prior track experience and setup to accomodate hillclimb competition. Scott says he enjoys the fans, competitors, and the unique group of people that belong to and follow the Professional Hillclimber's Association. Scott posted his best finishes (3rd) at hillclimbs at Avoca, NY and Jefferson, PA. His favorite, also most challenging hill of the season was at Poag's Hole. Scott is geared up and ready to go for the 2010 season with his rookie year learning curve behind him. Scott would like to thank Mike Bear and the AMS staff for all their support. A special thanks to Donnie Lingle for setting up Scott's suspension. Watch out for the #4 plate of Scott Hoke to be a threat in the 2010 season. Good luck next season Scott!
