Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters, Because of the crisis that the COVID-19 outbreak has placed on healthcare systems and supply chains worldwide, I am writing to ask for your support to work together to deliver personal protective equipment to communities in need. For our part, I have decided to leverage our newest helmet factory in northern Vietnam to produce protective face masks for hospitals in Italy and the United States, and then beyond. The FIA Foundation, one of our key supporters in road safety efforts has generously agreed to provide EUR 250,000 for the production lines of specialized machinery and equipment, and will also help identify global distribution recipients. I hope you too will respond by sharing with your friends, family, and business contacts to provide information on end-users and potential distributors. We do not yet have distribution networks in the United States nor Europe, but some of you may have connections to hospitals or offer ideas how to connect directly to medical facilities in need. Please share your suggestions so that we can ensure that individuals have access to the personal protective equipment they so desperately need.
