Alpha Phi Omega is excited to announce the launch of the digital Torch & Trefoil magazine, the official quarterly publication of Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity. With changes in technology and the ever growing demand for digital content, the Editorial Team is excited to provide this online supplement of the magazine with dynamic content for members of APO to enjoy FOR FREE!

Philippines Typhoon Relief Fund

In the wake of the typhoon that hit the Philippines in November 2013, Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, USA set up a fundraising page through Crowdrise.com to help collect donations for the American Red Cross Relief Effort. With the help of many amazing brothers and generous chapters, the Fraternity collected $5,212 to help with the recovery effort. Thank you for your support!

Earn $$$ For Your Chapter's SYSD Project! Apply for a Youth Service Grant by Feb. 3

The Alpha Phi Omega Youth Service Grant program provides funds for APO chapters that are seeking financial assistant for Spring Youth Service Day projects, which are socially positive service projects for pre-college age youth.Chapters must submit applications and project ideas for review via the Chapter Officer Portal and are then selected based on the impact their projects will have on the youth in their community. Chapters interested in applying for a 2014 Youth Service Grant can access the application on the Chapter Officer Portal under Forms.

2014 YOUTH SERVICE GRANT TIMELINE
Application Deadline - by February 3 through the https://op.apo.org/

Notification to Chapters - by March 1

Project Execution - by March 15, but no later than November 15

Project Report - Two weeks after completion of project, but no later than November 15, 2014, whichever is sooner. Project Report is submitted through the Officer Portal.
