CONNECT WITH YOUR APO BROTHERS....
VOLUME I, ISSUE IV - JANUARY 2013
Greetings! ,

The 42nd Biennial National Convention in Anaheim, California was an amazing success with the Cardinal Principles alive and well throughout the four-day event. The Fraternity welcomed a new Board of Directors, handed the Convention flame over to the bid team from Chicago, Illinois, and introduced a new partnership with Youtopia!

With the spring 2013 semester now under foot, be sure you are checking the "Upcoming Events" section below for leadership development opportunities that you and other members of your chapter can take advantage of. Also remember that chapter officer updates are due to the National Office by the end of TODAY and Youth Service Grant applications are due no later than Monday, February 4. Both of these items should be completed through the  Chapter Officer Portal.

Enjoy the start of your new semester and remember to carry the Cardinal Principles wherever you go, sharing them with others along the way. There can never be too many brothers.

APO Announces Official Relationship with Youtopia
Get to know Alpha Phi Omega's newest partner, Youtopia! Youtopia is a member engagement platform that provides instant access to plug-and-play gamification tools (points, badges, and leaderboards) that incentivizes pledges, chapter members and alumni to become more engaged in their chapter, campus, community and the Fraternity. Youtopia matures with students from pledge status through initiation and beyond graduation. Now chapter officers of APO have a fun and easy way to inspire their members to do all of the good things they want them to do; a way to acknowledge their hard work; and a way to reward them for going above and beyond. Youtopia is a great resource for chapter members and alumni!

Want to learn more about how you and your chapter might benefit from Youtopia? Attend the webinar " Exploring Youtopia " on Wednesday, February 20 at 9 p.m. CST.  Register NOW for this webinar presented by the Youtopia Team. They will take you on a tour of the site and go over the benefits Youtopia provides to the brothers of Alpha Phi Omega!
