Jump Start Service with Partnerships
| Does your chapter seem to be competing with other campus organizations and clubs for service events? Do you want to expand your service projects on campus? Collaborating with other organizations is beneficial to your chapter for a
variety of reasons. It provides more service to the campus, it expands
opportunities for leadership and making new friends, it can help boost
recruitment numbers, and it better connects the chapter to campus life.Click here to find out more about how your chapter can start working with other campus organizations...

Congrats Youth Service Grant Recipients!
| Congratulations to the following 26 chapters that received the 2010-11 Youth Service Grant. This grant gives chapters the funding they need to develop/conduct a service project that meets
that need and benefits local youth. The grant money helps
chapters cover the cost of items they need in order to successfully
perform the project. The Alpha Phi Omega Endowment Trust
facilitates the funding for this special program.

Membership Retention Program Tool
|
|
The Membership Retention Program is a tool designed to take
chapters step-by-step through the process of creating a retention plan.
Retention, as opposed to recruitment, is about asking “How do we keep the
members we already have?” Using the Membership Retention Program, chapters have
the opportunity to assess their retention issues, diagnose those issues, make a
plan to overcome their retention obstacles, implement their ideas, and evaluate
the effectiveness of the changes they made. The completion of the Membership Retention Program should
result in a solid plan the chapter can revisit and revise as frequently as they
need to. Click here to view the Membership Retention Program Tool...
Have questions about this new plan? Join us for a special APO IMPACT
Live session to discuss the Retention Plan, and answer questions on how
to use it. The session will be held Monday, April 18, at 9 p.m.
Eastern Time. To register go to:
