Dear Subscriber

Take a look at this e-newsletter for information on how to ensure your chapter's "good standing" with the Fraternity, how to make your chapter eligible for Chapter of Excellence and Pledge Program of Excellence, reserving a consultation with the Field Staff at the Convention, and other important end of the year reminders.
Congratulations on another great semester! See you in Atlanta, brothers!

Late Roll Call Video Submissions
|
|
The deadline for chapters to submit Roll Call videos for the 2010 National Convention has passed, however your chapter can still submit a video by uploading it to YouTube and sending a link of the video to the National Office.
Each chapter can submit one Roll Call video for the 2010 National Convention. Videos should be no more than 30 seconds in length and must include "APO
[Chapter Name] NC2010" in the title. Videos that do not follow the 30 second rule or are deemed inappropriate will not be accepted. Each submission will be judged on overall creativity, spirit, teamwork and presentation.
Note:
As of December 1, YouTube will be shutting down YouTube Groups
entirely, so video links must be e-mailed to the National Office,
otherwise there is no guarantee that the videos will be posted to the
APONationals RollCallNC2010 Playlist.

Does Your Chapter Want to Vote at the 2010 National Convention?
|
|
Each collegiate chapter in good standing represented at the National Convention shall have two votes (see the National Bylaws
for additional information). That means before your chapter can vote
ALL obligations must be met at the National Office. These obligations
include any financial, administrative, Annual Charter Reaffirmation and
reporting requirements.
Get your chapter in good standing today! To determine if your chapter is in good standing, click here. If your chapter is not in good standing, please review the Chapter Checklist for
a current listing of reporting due dates. To assist you with many
of the reporting forms/documents, we've prepared a guide for
you called the 'Same Page'. It was designed to
help chapter officers meet fraternity reporting requirements and to
help keep your chapter in good standing.
You may also review the National Bylaws if you have any further questions.
If you are a chapter president or chapter advisory chair and you did NOT receive a copy of the 2010-11 Charter Reaffirmation, click here.

Sign Up for Chapter Consultations with Field Staff at the National Convention
|
|
Chapters attending the National Convention will have the
unique opportunity to consult with the Director of Educational Programs,
Heather Lehman, or the Field Representative, Meagan Savage, about various
issues facing chapters. Heather and Meagan will be able to help chapters develop

their existing members. They will be

promote opportunities for growth. They
will also assist the chapters to provide leadership opportunities for their
members. As part of each consultation,
an individualized plan for building a healthier chapter or extension group will
be provided.
