Help Track APO's Impact In The Fight Against Cancer!

We have an exciting new partnership with the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life this year and we will have a powerful new tool to track APO's impact in the fight against cancer!

If you are signing up your Relay team online this year, please try to include the words Alpha Phi Omega or APO in your team name when you sign up your team. Relay for Life will have Alpha Phi Omega on the drop down menu of companies/organizations soon, but until then, this will help us to "find" your team! Please contact Ashlee Iber if you have any questions at ashleeiber@yahoo.com or ashlee.iber@cancer.org.

2012 is the year of the Girl!  This year the Girl Scouts of the USA celebrated their 100th Anniversary. Join us October 25th for an APO IMPACT Live session detailing how you and your chapter can get involved by helping with the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.

You will be experiencing activities from a Girl Scout Journey and discovering just how easy it can be to partner with Girl Scout Councils.  Chapters will need to know about important program updates as they start making  plans for a great year with our partner organization.

To register or learn more about this and other exciting APO IMPACT Live sessions check out the APO IMPACT Calendar.

It's That Time Again: Charter Reaffirmations & Same Page

Each chapter must submit the Annual Charter Reaffirmation and Active Annual Membership Dues (AAMD) by November 15th.

This is a two-step process available in the Officer Portal.  Officers should ensure their active roster of members is current which should be ongoing and regularly updated via the Officer Portal. Prior to starting the AAMD process, update the roster by removing graduates, inactive and associate members or returning members back to the roster. After the roster is updated, the AAMD process may begin. To do so, log into the Officer Portal and locate the forms titled Charter Reaffirmation and Active Annual Membership Dues (AAMD).

Visit the Chapter Member tab on the new website for more information on charter reaffirmations.
