BSI Q1 TOP 5 LIST UPDATES

We are pleased to inform you that we have a new equity partner- the Mohegan’s –the most respected of the Indian American Sovereign Nations. This Series A round allows the company some much needed operating capital and will provide us a wonderful entry point into the e-gambling market. The Department of Justice revised their Wire Act law of 1961 and will now allow state wide e-gambling.

Best of all: The Mohegan’s will become users of BSI products and also a great distribution partner.

We closed on this round March 14 and concurrent with this closing we retired the obligation to the State of Texas to achieve a minimum of $500,000 investment within 18 months of receiving State monies.

This is significant as the State of Texas could have taken over up to 35+% of the companies’ shares had we not achieved this funding and this would have devalued all our stock.

Also exciting is the fact that BioSig-ID's audit trail function which captures all users’ activity has been used to validate suspicious behavior and if the students we identified are charged with fraud and dishonesty it will hit the national news and be a game changer for BSI as other schools will want to evaluate fraud with some of their students.

Our stock price will continue to rise based on a number of significant events such as the following:

1. BSI doubled its total 2011 sales in the first quarter of 2012
2. We have several major contracts that are very close to signing and any one of these will drive us closer to achieve the $1M sales goal for the year
3. We continue to work with outstanding companies such as VISA, USAA, AT&T, for product evaluations and any one of these could be a game changer for the company
4. We are committing some resources towards a company that specializes in being a “sales force multiplier” to help us focus our efforts on the fastest way to revenues
5. We were asked to respond to a major RFI for New York State’s Department of Health who have requested a biometric security system for up to 10M users
6. BSI is booked for 5 major conferences where we will be speaking about BioSig-ID and how it was able to reduce physical proctoring by 93% and create a budget gain for one of our clients
7. We continue to work with Microsoft, Commonwealth of Virginia DMV, Verizon, CA and others as part of the team that is producing a solution to a secure log in as part of the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC). This work firmly plants us as the only biometric that will be recommended for remote users who log in to their digital assetrs on the Internet. It also gets us closer to some huge companies for partnerships and license deals.

Microsoft has been facilitating a Cross-Sector Digital Identity Project  Proof of Concept (POC) in order to demonstrate public/private interoperability within a NSTIC system that reflects core guiding principles for securing transactions on the Internet, improving the public’s awareness and control of personal information, and stimulating the growth of online commerce. 

Key participants include major public corporations, federal government agencies, state government agencies and private businesses. There have been several meetings including at the recent RSA Conference in San Francisco where the group has started socializing this new project with other prospective groups who would be future adopters of this technology.
