Children free Zumba at half term
Must be accompanied by a partcipating, paying adult. Maximum of two children per paying adult.

Half Term week No classes at kesgrave 24/10 and no classes at Martlesham Community Centre 28/10- ALL OTHER CLASSES ARE ON AS NORMAL HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

Tuesday 9.30-10.30am Ufford Park - Zumba all levels including absolute beginners (01394 383555 to book or walk in spaces usually available - non members welcome)

Tuesday 7-8pm The Abbey School Woodbridge - Zumba all levels including absolute beginners  (no need to book)

Wednesday  6.30 - 7.25pm Zumba Beginners - St Albans High School (no need to book) 

Wednesday  7.35- 8.30 Zumba All Levels including absolute beginners - St Albans High School (no need to book)

Friday 9.15-10.15am Zumba for Seniors/Ultra beginners/mild mobility restrictions Martlesham Community Centre behind Tescos (Disabled welcome) No need to book

All classes £4.50 except Seniors and Seated £3.50 (for new class promotional offers see panel to the right)

 Thank you very much for coming to my classes - I love feedback (good and bad) and requests - so let me know what you think and what I could do which would improve your enjoyment or help you more.

I also put in a lot of safety teaching points - let me know if there are any moves that give you a problem and I will offer alternatives

GP Exercise Prescription....
...I am still doing the training but put my exams back six months as I am writing a  book for publication in China (Aromatherapy) and it is a lot lot harder and time consuming  than I thought. I was also offered the local fitness coaching training locally which I slotted in and passed. You can be sure I will do the referral  (I paid a fortune for the course!) and I will be in touch asap to everyone on the list

Overcrowding on the back row The back row of all classes is very popular (not sure why as often some of the best movers are hiding back there!)- so if you do feel crowded in please move nearer the front  where there is almost always space (Down the side is a good place if you are shy)

Weight Loss....

Tesco were offering a month free on their diet club. The diets are well thought out but what is really good is the amount of interesting resource and support ...it is brilliant.

 

My advice is not to follow a prescriptive diet or be dictated to by scales. Do two fitness based Zumba classes a week plus ten mins vigorous walking three times per week and cut calories by 200 per day by making less calorie dense food choices....2-4 pounds per month weight loss is guaranteed.  A slow approach also builds muscle and energy so in the long term you can eat more and look slimmer. Use clothes as a measure of success not scales. Scales and  fatigue are the enemy with regard to motivation
