Below please find a link to an update sent earlier today to Libyan students in Canada and the United States. The message provides an update on the scholarship program’s transition to a new program administrator, effective October 1, 2015, as well as an update regarding the issuance of letters to facilitate Fall 2015 registration.

As noted in the email to students, CBIE will begin releasing Fall 2015 letters to eligible students and institutions in the coming 1-2 weeks, and as always, we will keep you apprised of any new developments as they become available.
