1st and 2nd Quarter MLA Update

Dear Libyan Students in Canada,  

CBIE is pleased to inform you that we have received the funds for the first and second Quarter Monthly Living Allowances (MLAs) for students in Canada. CBIE is currently processing the release of January and February MLAs for eligible students whose funds have been transferred through the Ministry’s Quarter 1-2014 list. Students can anticipate receiving the deposit within 3-5 business days. We expect that the March MLA will be released on time.

We would like to thank the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research (MOHESR), the Ministry of Finance, as well as the Libyan Embassy in Canada for their efforts in facilitating the transfer of funds.
