LNASP Financial Update

Dear Libyan Students in North America,
CBIE is happy to inform you that the transfer of the Third Quarter MLA funds for Libyan students in Canada and the United States from the Libyan Embassies in Ottawa and Washington, D.C. has been completed.
Currently, CBIE is working on processing the funds to all students who are appearing on the list and are eligible to receive the July and August MLAs. Eligible students should expect to receive the funds early next week, contingent on the processing times of their financial institution.
Eligible students who did not appear on the list should expect to hear from CBIE separately. At this time, we ask students to refrain from contacting their Academic Managers to verify their status.
Please note the September MLA will be processed on time.
We would like to thank the Libyan Embassies in Ottawa and Washington, as well as the Libyan Central Bank, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the transfer of the funds to CBIE during this current challenging time in Libya.
