Important Update for Libyan Students in the United States
Your Student Benefits Identification Card 

June 26th, 2013

Dear Libyan Students in the United States,

Last week you received information regarding your new medical, dental, vision, and prescription medication benefits program administered by UnitedHealthcare International, including Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) in English and Arabic  as well as a brief video .

To supplement these materials, your temporary identification card will be sent to you in a separate email message. Please remember that all health care providers, dentists, vision providers, and hospitals will need to see a copy of your identification card in order to note the new information about your plan. Please remember to take it with you to all appointments.

Later today you will receive an email from glolbalsolutionsmembers@uhc.com email address. The subject line of this message will be “Secure message from globalsolutionsmembers.com.” Please open this email and attachment, then navigate to www.myuhc.com to register for online access to benefits information and resources.

You will be asked to create a username and password in order to open the file of your identification card. This step is required to protect your privacy and to keep your personal information secure. The contents of the email will look like the sample below:

Please save and print your temporary ID card. It contains your member identification number (member ID), which can be used to make appointments, seek care, and register on myuhc.com.
