This is a follow up message to the previous email we sent on July 17th, 2013 concerning the delay in tuition processing for the Spring/Summer 2013 session. We have been working with the various stakeholders to resolve this issue and we are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research released an official letter to the Libyan Ministry of Finance authorizing the transfer of tuition funds to the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) effective immediately.

We anticipate the funds to be deposited in CBIE’s account in approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Once the funds are received, we will process all outstanding/overdue tuition payments. CBIE wishes to thank the Ministry and the Libyan Embassies in both Canada and in the US for their assistance in resolving this urgent matter.
