This is a follow up message to an email sent to institutions on July 26th, 2013 concerning the progress in transferring the tuition funds for the January – August 2013 sessions. CBIE is very happy to inform you that we have now received the tuition funds from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

As such, CBIE staff have already started clearing up the backlog of tuition invoices for the January to August 2013 period, and this will continue as a priority over the coming days.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process and we wish to thank the Ministry and the Libyan Embassies in Washington, D.C. and Ottawa for their continuous support and efforts to ensure the successful transfer of these funds.
