Capital Soccer Association relies on corporate and individual contributions for its operating support to  both our Tops Soccer program and for families who would not be able to participate without our scholarship program. Tops Soccer program is the only program in Lincoln that gives children with special needs, both physical and mental disabilities, an opportunity to play soccer.  Capital Soccer Association offers this program year round to the community.  Capital Soccer does not turn children away from the opportunity to participate on a team regardless of finances.  Giving to Capital Soccer Association on Give to Lincoln Day is an opportunity to maximize available matching support for both of these programs.
