Parents,

I wanted to remind everyone that this Saturday will be our final indoor soccer training session for the session that began in November. Our next session will begin on 01/19.  If you have not already registered and would like to be included in our next session please send your registration today either by fax, scan or regular mail.  

If you will not be joining us for this next session I would really value your opinion of our program.  Your comments help us to continue to change our program, hopefully for the better.

• Did your child enjoy the program?
• Did you feel like you got value from the program?
• Would you change anything about the program?
• Will you be joining CSA in future programs?
• Are you not joining us this season because your child is involved in another sport or needs a break?
