Players and Parents,

This is our final week of accepting youth soccer registrations for the fall, so don't delay, please get your registration in today. You can register online at www.capitalsoccer.com or you can print and mail, scan and email, or fax the attached form to our office.

Below is a little information about each of our youth programs. All training and games are based off the curriculum that our Youth Director of Coaching, Peter Underwood, has developed. Coach Peter Underwood is an assistant coach at the University of Nebraska with the Women's Soccer Program. Micro soccer (for the 4-5 year olds) will practice and play all games on Sundays. They will practice for 40 minutes and then play small sided games for the remaining 20 minutes. There are 7 game days beginning 09/09/2012. Cost is $75.00 for this program.

For your children and friends younger than age 4, we offer a Micro Buddy program. This will be a five-week session on Sundays, beginning in September. If you would like more information about this newer program, please contact Jackie at 402-464-5425.

U7/U8 soccer (for kids 6-7 years old) will practice on Tuesday evenings and play games on Sunday afternoons. Cost for this program is $120.00. This cost includes 7 games and 8 practices. There is also an additional night of technical training on Thursday evenings; if you would like to participate in this extra night, the cost is $90.00.

U9/U10 soccer is for kids ages 8-9 years old. This group practices twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, and they play their games on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This age group will play against other clubs throughout the Lincoln/Omaha area. The cost for this program is $220.00, and includes 16 practices and 6-8 games depending on the schedule.

For each age group, there are some additional things included in your total cost for the season: Each age group will be practicing on real soccer fields at Abbott Sports Complex (1 mile north of Cornhusker Hwy on 70th Street). CSA also insures all players through Nebraska State Soccer, in case of injury during games or practices. All coaches receive training from our Director of Coaching, Peter Underwood, and are either licensed or working towards obtaining their coaching licenses.

If you have already registered for the Fall 2012 soccer season, please disregard this email. After the registration closes we will be sending out additional information about the season via email. If you refer a new player to CSA, you will receive a $20 friend referral credit, which can be used towards your next program at CSA. Please get your registrations in today and we will hopefully see you all in this fall session!
