Liberty Point, Southampton The project work comprises the redevelopment of the old Centrica building from offices to 240 en-suite student bedrooms / studios, the refurbishment of 401 existing bedrooms / studios, 29 new infill en-suite student bedrooms and the construction of a new 16 story tower comprising 154 bedrooms and retail space to the ground floor.

Back to the Future for Craig Yates Twenty six years and many projects later, Clancy Consulting have just completed the design and project management of a £4m rebuild of the fibre forming building on the same site for its present owners NGFE, who are part of the global Nippon Sheet Glass Group.
