MHC Kenworth – Colorado/Wyoming Receives 2017 Kenworth Dealer of the Year Award

LEAWOOD, Kan., Feb. 22, 2018 – Murphy-Hoffman Company’s Colorado/Wyoming region received the prestigious 2017 Kenworth Dealer of the Year Award for the United States and Canada at the Kenworth Dealer Meeting held recently in Phoenix. The award is presented annually to the dealer achieving the highest standards for customer satisfaction and business operations.

Kenworth cited MHC’s dedication to customers and strong focus on the entire operation of heavy and medium duty truck sales. MHC continued its pursuit of offering around-the-clock and extended hours of service at most locations, and ranked the highest in number of advanced technician trainings, provided the largest selection of all-makes truck parts and the highest number of PacLease units serviced in 2017.

“The Dealer of the Year Award is a testament to our many dedicated employees at MHC Kenworth – Colorado/Wyoming,” said MHC Executive Vice President Todd Rice. “Our success was built on the belief that customer loyalty is only as strong as customer service. Our employees have a passion and strong dedication to serving customers and achieve the fastest turnaround time on customer concerns.”

A large number of MHC Kenworth – Colorado/Wyoming technicians are fully trained on PACCAR’s MX engine, and are committed to increasing uptime with rapid engine diagnostics and extended night and weekend hours at all dealerships. In 10 years, MHC Kenworth – Colorado/Wyoming has received eight Silver and six Gold Awards from Kenworth.

“It’s gratifying to be recognized for our efforts among many outstanding Kenworth dealers,” said Regional Vice President Josh Schwartz. “Our employees have worked hard to give customers award-winning service, and we are truly honored to receive this award.”
