2018 UCR Registration Now Open

You can now go online and complete your 2018 UCR registration at www.ucr.in.gov

As a reminder, this is a requirement for all INTERSTATE motor carriers, passenger carriers, freight forwarders, leasing companies and brokers.

Due to the delay created by the UCR Board of Directors, they have asked enforcement to delay writing violations until April 5th to allow carriers time to get registered, paid and documentation into all vehicles.

Please note – DO NOT register through 3rd party agents – they typically charge significant fees for completing the registration, and there is NO FEE to do so through the Indiana State website above. One website charges more than $500 in “service fees”. If you have questions, please call CMCA or go directly to the CO Public Utilities Commission at 303-894-2029.

By July 1 this year, employers with at least 250 employees must submit information to the ITA website from 2017 Forms 300, 300A and 301. By July 1, establishments with 20 to 249 workers in specified industries — ones with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses — must enter data from form 300A. In 2019 and beyond, OSHA’s deadline for electronic submissions moves up to March 2. Read More...
