Traffic Impacts - Week of July 23
Full Overnight Closure of Southbound I-25 Off-Ramp
• Temporary overnight closures of southbound I-25 off-ramp to Cimarron Street/US 24 for paving and concrete work.
o Monday, July 24, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
o Tuesday, July 25, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. - contingency night
o Friday, July 28, 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.
o Detour information for Tuesday, July 25 and Friday, July 28
Daytime Lane Restrictions
• Various single lane restrictions on eastbound and westbound US 24/Cimarron Street between 8th and S. Sierra Madre streets for concrete work.
o Monday, July 24 through Friday, July 28, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
• Various single lane restrictions on 8th Street between Garner to US 24.
o Monday, July 24 through Friday, July 28, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
• Left lane restricted on northbound I-25 off-ramp.
o Monday, July 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
On-Going Closure
• Northbound 8th Street right-turn on to eastbound US 24 will be temporarily closed for ADA and sidewalk work.
o Beginning 6 a.m., Tuesday, July 25, for approximately one month.
o Traffic will be directed to use the new quadrant road. Watch for signage to direct you.

Chris Spear is the president and CEO of the American Trucking Associations, the nation’s leading organization representing the interests of the trucking industry.

As president and CEO, Chris leads ATA’s efforts to educate and advocate on behalf of the trucking industry. Employing more than 7 million people and moving more than 10 billion tons of freight annually, trucking is the industry most responsible for moving America’s economy.

Prior to joining ATA in the president and CEO capacity, Chris spent more than two decades in the transportation, energy, labor and technology sectors spanning five different continents.

Chris comes to ATA from the Hyundai Motor Company, where he held the position of vice president of government affairs. In that role, he also served on the Executive Committee for the Global Automakers. Before Hyundai, Chris worked in his first stint at ATA, as the senior vice president of legislative affairs. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Honeywell International leading corporate government relations and emerging markets, based in Belgium and the UK.

All classes will be held at Wagner Equipment in Grand Junction. You MUST be registered no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled class.
