Nuclear Verdict Seminar with Doug Marcello, Esq.

CMCA has scheduled a seminar with Doug Marcello on May 24th.  Doug is one of the top transportation attorneys and has helped companies across the country successfully ward off or mitigate large settlements and verdicts.

Join us to learn how you can prepare your company to minimize nuclear settlements and verdicts.  Doug will share practical (and mostly painless) steps to set your company up to lead with safety and avoid common pitfalls that can lead to outlandish court decisions.  No company is immune to these types of cases, and your company does not even need to be at-fault for these lawsuits to be filed.

This seminar will be held via ZOOM, to accommodate our members outside of the metro area.  Click here to register.
