HELP Inc. Introduces PrePass® ELD and MOTION™

PHOENIX, October 22, 2017 – HELP Inc., the non-profit provider of PrePass, the nation’s first and most reliable truck weigh station bypass system, introduced an electronic logging device (ELD) application and mobile bypass application during the ATA Management Conference & Expo in Orlando, FL.

It operates as a bring-your-own device (BYOD) app available in both Android and iOS formats and takes seconds to install.
