Faith Conversation Hour...
ChristChurch Mission Fair
The "Give a Gift" donation program will be starting this Sunday. Make a donation in someone's name and we will give you a gift card to present to them. Great way to support outreach programs and a new twist on gift giving. "Give a Gift" will run every Sunday through Dec. 23rd.

The 1st Sunday of Advent was fun as we gathered and "Journeyed to Bethlehem" with our 5 stations.
Bumpy road cookies, stars, and table prayer mats!
Our "Community Wreath" filled with prayers of Hope from our
worship service. Each week we will create a piece of art during our worship "together" and add it to our Christmas decorations.

In looking at past financial records we have consistently received 1/2 of
our fiscal year budget by the end of December. Reminder, the church fiscal year is July-June. This year our offerings are below the 1/2 year goal.
We have weathered many storms in our church history, and I am confident we can weather this storm as well. Therefore, I have named (as we do with any good storm) this month "Double Down December". If we could double our offerings for the month of December, we would be close to our 50% goal and would be able to show the bank our good standing.
Please give this some thought as you turn in your offerings for December. As a reminder, all offerings and gifts need to be postmarked or received by December 31st to be included in your tax donation records from the church. This would include stock options- which take approximately 7 days to process.

Faith Conversation Hour...
Sharing Love- Kringle Bags
Your invitation is being delivered! We gathered the donations, now we need to assemble the bags. Join us as we stuff bags with warmth and love to be handed out to those in need. We will finish the bags with a handmade Christmas card. Bags will be available to take and give to that "someone" God puts in your path. Share His love!
