ZoomUganda
shares the journey of 12 girls from the Uganda village of Matale, who were given 12 cameras and 24 hours in which to tell their own stories through their own lenses. A Photovoice project directed by Julie Resnick of Portland, Oregon, ZoomUganda empowered its participants to stand in the centers of their world and show you the view from there.

4th Sunday – Dwelling in The Word
What's up with the Bible?

We are a group of women who are eager to build new friendships with other women in our church, strengthen the friendships we already have, and to serve God, each other, and our community.

             WINGS Upcoming Event:
               Advent Breakfast: Saturday,
                                                  Dec. 6th,
9:00am - 11:30am
 at ChristChurch

You are asked to bring an item for breakfast to share, and if you would like—a wrapped Christmas ornament for our ornament exchange. This is a fun activity where a gift can be “stolen” two times. If you’ve never done this, please consider bringing an ornament valued between $5-$10 for a fun-filled exchange! (We will also be collecting canned food to be donated to the Hertel Center.)

We will sing a couple of Christmas carols and then eat breakfast. Rhonda is going to lead us in a short session of “mindfulness” to help us prepare for the Holiday season. We will begin and end with prayer.

As always, you are invited to bring a friend.

If you are interested in a monthly BUNCO activity, pleases let Kris Hoggard know.
For future events, what would be the best time for you to meet?  Day?  Evening?  What time works best?
If you have any questions, please call Kris Hoggard, (503) 936-6735.
