Special thanks to our Faith Conversation facilitators, as this Sunday concludes our Fall sessions:

Ray Oeltjen, and Bill Severson
We have more opportunities to share with you. These special guests will be sharing outreach ministries during the 9:45 AM Faith Conversation hour as we get ready for our upcoming mission fair this December. Come hear how YOU can participate and make a difference in our community!
Also... please mark your calendars for our special Thanksgiving Dinner, Saturday, November 17th.
We will be sharing more information this Sunday as well as sign up sheets to HOST a table and to let us know you will be joining us!

IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN....
We
are still in need of several items to complete our Kringle Bags, to be handed out this December. The need is GREAT this year, as more and more people are finding themselves homeless or in need of assistance.
Items Needed: warm gloves, hats, scarves
(we now have plenty)
,
socks, hand warmers, individual box drinks, Vienna sausages (at the $ store), crackers and peanut butter or crackers and cheese.
Don’t have time to shop? Donations accepted and we will do the shopping for you! Please make checks out to Community of ChristChurch and put KRINGLE in the memo line.
Bring donations to the display in the Entry THIS SUNDAY!

Faith Conversation Facilitators WANTED!
Would you be interested in facilitating one of our Adult Faith Conversations? Is there a faith topic or book study you would be interested in exploring for a seven week session? Please contact Sally Roach by e-mail (sallytomroach@yahoo.com) or by phone (503-846-1816).
Our task force is hard at work, planning for the winter session of Adult Faith Conversations that will begin on Sunday, January 20th, 2013. If you are interested in facilitating but don't have a particular topic in mind, let us know. We know of some wonderful resources that might be just what your looking for.
