I will be taking a few days off...
Rhonda had minor surgery Wednesday morning and I am taking some time off during her recuperation. While I am gone, Sally Roach will preach and lead worship on Sunday and once again, Chris Parker will be the sub for our Middle School (CREW) Faith Conversation. Sally will also be on call should anyone be in need of emergency pastoral assistance. Simply call my cell (emergencies only, please... 971-313-1281) and I will relay the information to Sally.

I wanted to let you all know that Pattie Hart, Church Administrator extraordinaire, has accepted a job offer and will be leaving Community of ChristChurch on November 12th. This is definitely an occasion for mixed emotions. We are sad to see her go and we will miss all the wonderful gifts that she brings to this community. On the other hand, we are excited for her as she pursues a new opportunity in a new location, beginning a new phase of her journey. Please make sure to connect with Pattie before the 12th to say goodbye and wish her well (she will be out this Friday- Monday). And please plan to join in celebrating her after worship on Sunday, November 10th.
