Here’s your update!

CAMP 2020

WOW!  We have just finished our 2020 summer season, and boy was it

a summer to be remembered!  If you were able to send a camper to

camp with us this summer- THANK YOU!  If you weren’t able to have your camper join us, please know that they were missed and we thank you so much for your understanding and support as we figured out

the ever changing needs of camp.

2020 T-shirt Store

We are opening our 2nd Annual Camp Apparel shop! There are additional styles so that if you like this years’ shirt you can grab it in a sweatshirt, hoodie, long sleeve tee, and in some other special colors! We decided to open this shop at the end of the summer this year to provide an opportunity to families who were not able to come to grab a Cub Creek 2020 shirt! 

The store is scheduled to open August 17th and will only be open for TWO WEEKS! Look out for emails or social media posts about its opening!

ASIT 2021

It’s almost time for ASIT Invitations to start! If you are not familiar, the ASIT Program at Cub Creek is our teen-leadership program for campers who will be entering 9th grade or higher this Fall. Starting mid-September, we will start inviting first time

ASITs to the Program and allow them to register for this program in 2021! That is a very exciting time!

Here are some quick facts about the upcoming Invitation process:

• In order to be an ASIT, campers MUST be going into their freshman year of school or higher. No exceptions.

• You did not have to  to attend camp in 2020 to be considered for the 2021 ASIT Program. However, you do have to be a past camper of Cub Creek.

• Invitations to the program are based on Recommendations from Camp staff, participation in LIT and/or ASIT for a Day, and a written Letter of Interest. Campers interested in being an ASIT should write a well-composed letter and send it in to camp at our mailing address or they can email it directly to Ari at marketing@bearriverranch.com. The deadline for us to accept letters is September 1st, 2020!

Fall and Winter Offerings at Camp

One good thing to come from this turbulent year is the creation

of some new programming. We are so excited to be able to announce

and offer some Fall / Winter programs at camp.  

• Fall Leap, a 3 week leadership camp for teens with a focus

• on succeeding with their virtual learning.

• Winter Camp for campers ages 7-17

• Weekend Family Camp

• Gap Year for college age students (Read more)
