Results of client feedback:
Thank you for your feedback and suggestions, this really helps to enhance the service offered.
We have a new class timetable which shows all scheduled sessions. This should make it easier to book your classes and Nordic walking without having to go to separate schedules.
Following your feedback, there is also a new website design in the pipeline, which should be easier to navigate.

Kettle bell class news
All kettle bell classes have now ended. There will be new semi -private kettle and club-bell sessions available in our private room in Baddesley. There is a maximum of 5 people per class and the sessions are scheduled as a six week course. Booking and payment at the start of the course is absolutely essential to secure your place for the course. We regret that drop ins are not possible for these sessions although you may be able to join another session if space allows, however you MUST book this slot on the class timetable. More sessions may be time- tabled as classes fill.
Why have we changed kettle class?
As people gain strength and conditioning we have decided that to progress further, more precise instruction is required to maintain safe and effective form. This is especially important for the teaching of more challenging and complex exercises. Plus:
- You will have the benefit of working with our excellent quality competition kettle bells which give a superb swinging experience!
- You will also benefit from what is basically a semi-private PT session
- A unique joint mobility/stability club-bell conditioning element.
- Our other functional training 'toys' are also included in some sessions.
- The option of outdoor training, great in summer!
(These sessions are only available to experienced kettle bell users, for safety reasons, new clients will need to book a one to one or two to one private session to learn the fundamentals before joining a session, If adequate numbers enquire we will schedule a complete beginner course) More info
The new session timetable is not yet on the new website, however it is available for you to pre-book here

Pilates news
Mixed ability Pilates on Monday evenings at Mountbatten start again on 16th April for 6 weeks
(No class BH May 7th)
Please note the new start time of 7pm.
New Pilates Room
The Thursday evening class at All Saints is no longer available. All new Pilates classes will now take place in our new Pilates Room in Baddesley. There are daytime and evening slots but only 5 places can be secured for each semi-private course. The 6 week course fee remains the same for all classes. More info about the classes here
Why have we changed Pilates classes?
To gain the most benefit, it is helpful to have a clean and comfortable environment and a session to suit your level of experience. We are keeping your mixed ability session on a Monday, and this also means the drop in facility for regular/private clients is still available, however, there will still rarely be more than 12 in this class. The new semi-private sessions also give you:
- Added individual instruction and attention with fewer numbers
- Beginner/rehab, Intermediate and Advanced (power) specific sessions, to suit your level
- Daytime and evening availability
- A clean, temperature controlled, relaxing environment!
- Availability of magic circle, bands, balls etc to enhance your practice.
- Specific back pain management programme from July.
Booking is absolutely essential to secure your place. If sessions fill up very quickly we will certainly look at adding further classes. Drop ins are not possible except in exceptional circumstances. If you wish to drop in or change your session you MUST book the relevent slot on the class timetable as it will show if there is an available space on that day.
The new session timetable is not yet on the new website, however it is available for you to pre-book here
