The run up to Christmas is a busy time,...no excuses now as you can fast track with the Kettle Bell  express session. Six week courses  take you right up to the party season. New Pilates Classes
Join us Romsey studios on Tuesdays 6.15 pm for a specialist Pilates class with a focus on back, shoulders, core and posture.  Look out also for extra workshops and the pre and post natal specialist classes, which will be on the  schedule soon.  Please also remember to book every session of your courses! This will be especially important in January. Payment is on the first day or online via BACs, please ask for details and do let us know as soon as you have made your payment, thank you.

Christmas Nordic Walks
Please come along to our special guided
pre Christmas technique refresher and walks; Thursday 6th December on Southampton Common and. Saturday 8th December 09.30 in Chilworth. Minimum numbers needed and so that we can arrange refreshments, please book your place here

Top Motivation
We already have several signed up to the  Shock Absorber SPRINT Triathlon in aid of breast cancer 14th July 2012.The event is women only and includes 400 meter swim, 20km bike and 5km run/jog. You do not have to be super fit to start training! more-over it's a worthy cause and a guaranteed motivator to get shapely, slim and a great sense of personal achievement in the new year, We also plan to hold special  athletic conditioning Triathlon Training Sessions to help you get ready.
