Greetings Friends,

Spring is here! Finally it is warm enough to open the windows and allow the sweet smell of blooms to fill my office here at Florence. I am anxiously counting down the days to our season kick-off on May 8th. "Mother's Day Tea" with Susan Crouch.

"Eager anticipation" may be a better words to describe exactly how I am feeling. You see, a faithful group of dedicated volunteers have been actively planning and preparing since our last workshop in October. They have spent hours scheduling diverse and quality instruction, pruning shrubs and trees, laying out a new path for the trail and various other duties; making sure that every detail has been attended to.

And before we jump into the season, I would like to take some time to recognize  our board of directors for their continual and relentless efforts.
