Hello Friends of Florence!

Welcome to the complete retreat for artists in the High

Country! I hope you are enjoying the milder temperatures of fall. I hear from our local color forecasters that the combination of warmer temperatures along with our recent rain then cooler weather will provide us with excellent Fall Foliage! Thus the perfect time to visit the mountains and be inspired to create.

This month you can learn how to harmonize watercolor and oil pastels in your landscapes and "Plant Drawing: Quick & Simple" with Elissa Gore or participate in a plein air landscape workshop with Paul Keysar.

For those who enjoy the crafts, Cathy Purvey will teach you how to make a Blue Ridge Tote Basket and Cheryl Roberts will finish out our season with her rug hooking class. Both would make the perfect handmade gifts for the holidays!

Please note, class size is limited and registrations are first come first serve. So save your space today!
