Dear Friends of Florence,

Florence Thomas, one of the premier artists of the High Country, encouraged and taught many artists in her long life time. Her work continues with her generous gift to the region, The Florence Thomas Art School.

Since 2008, we have provided opportunities for more than 400 artists to obtain quality instruction in the fine arts, master crafts, and heritage crafts. In addition, more than 100 children, ages 8-14, have enjoyed experiencing art instruction by professional artists.

Thus, Florence's desire to provide instruction and encouragement to artists continues today.

As a non-profit art school we need your support.  A gift of any amount will help further our mission to provide instruction, exhibition, and experience in the arts and crafts, and will provide the necessary funds to store and preserve the valuable collection of Florence's paintings for future generations to enjoy.

Your donation is tax deductible, and may be made by:

1.  Check or Money Order, payable to The Paul and Florence Thomas Memorial Art School, PO Box 40, Glendale Springs, NC 28629,

2.  Credit card, our on-line “Donate" button at www.FlorenceArtSchool.org , or by phone at 336-982-2499.

Thank you for supporting this valuable community and regional program.

Sincerely,

Edward S. Perzel
