We've been working with KRM since 2004 and I am continually amazed at the quality of service they provide and the quality of people they have. Our partnership with KRM (and I really do feel it is a partnership, not just a vendor/customer relationship) has enabled our audio seminar program to grow and be successful. KRM always strives to understand our needs and consistently works with us to identify and implement solutions that work.
How certificates of attendance help Joe KRM set up a system whereby participants of our audio seminars can go online and retrieve CPE certificates instantly. The certificate works great and has significantly reduced the volume of customer support issues and questions we have had to deal with regarding CPE certificates. KRM also set up a separate special process for our own employees who participate in our sessions, so they can quickly get and track their CPE certificates online.

Increasing Revenue from Your Events

Selling recordings can increase your event revenue by as much as 30%!
With the continued challenges in the economy, many of you are asking about ways to increase revenue. Selling recordings is a great way to extend the life of your events and increase revenue. Offer recordings to your audience members who aren't able to attend your live event and/or who prefer to receive information at their convenience in their preferred format. You choose the format -- CDs, on-demand recordings or downloads -- that's best for you and your audience. Promote sales of your recordings when you promote your live event, cross-promote at your virtual events and mention the recordings at face-to-face events, workshops and conferences. Ask your speaker to promote events and recordings using their communication vehicles - website, social media, blogs, or newsletters. Direct members to your library of recordings via a URL in your signature block and publications.
