Have We Earned the Right to ...

A message from President and CEO, Rick Olson
  • Continue to partner with you for all of your online event and technology needs?
  • Have your trust to take care of your attendees?
  • Be your consultant?
  • Allow you to feel confident in referring us to your peers … friends … & colleagues?
  • Ask you for a referral?
We hope we have.
And, we want to continue earning your trust and confidence as a partner you’d share with your peers and colleagues.

We don’t require long-term contracts because we believe we earn your business for each and every event by providing consistently excellent customer service –- to you, your presenters and your attendees.

Have we earned the right to ask you for a referral?
Think about the last time you read a really good book and couldn’t wait to tell a friend about it. Or when you saw great movie and couldn’t stop telling friends they just have to see it? Or, you went to a wonderful restaurant with exceptional customer service and raved about it to your family and friends.

And, on the flip side, think about how much you appreciate a referral to a trusting mechanic, doctor, computer consultant, electrician –- referrals you needed and relied on in guiding your decision.

We hope this is the way you feel about KRM –- a partner you would trust to refer to others in need of help selecting a web conferencing provider … a great experience you want to share with your peers who would enjoy and appreciate working with KRM –- for all the same reasons you choose to.

Regards,
Rick

How to Time Presentations: Tips to Help Your Speakers Shine on “Game Day”

Did you know that presentation timing is the most common source of attendee dissatisfaction on event evaluations? This is most often due to speakers rushing through their presentation materials and not leaving time to address your attendees’ questions — one of the most valuable reasons for attending your live events.

During your orientation calls with KRM, our Moderators will help your speakers by walking them through the web conferencing software, giving them tips on presenting – from timing of polling questions to answering questions, etc, as well as making sure your speakers know exactly what to expect on “game day” – from designated start and end times (and why it’s so important) to going through an entire outline of what an online event will look and feel like. Orientation calls are the best way for your speakers to know exactly what is expected of them.

There is also a ton of great information, along with some great tips on increasing interactivity and engagement with your events in this

The Benefits of Blended Learning

Blended learning gives you and your audience the best of both the virtual learning environment and face-to-face learning environment for training and education.

You can enhance your face-to-face learning experiences by offering a webinar, or online event, prior to your in-person events. This allows you to reduce the length of your face-to-face event by 1 day (or more) and ultimately save your audience:

  • Travel expenses .. have you seen the price of gas lately?
  • Time out of the office
  • Hotel expenses
  • Food expenses, etc.
In addition, you can give your members a head-start on the content that will be covered at your face-to-face events by offering a webinar, or series of educational webinars, beforehand and requiring your audience to bring that knowledge (and even a certificate of completion) with them to your face-to-face events.
