Exciting Updates in New Web Technology

We are using a new web conferencing platform for 2012 for your online events. We chose the omNovia web conferencing platform because it is PC/Mac and mobile-friendly, makes using and sharing video clips very easy and includes the interactive elements, such as social media and chat that many of you have requested.

We’re extremely pleased with the results so far and, more importantly, we’ve heard many positive comments that you, your attendees and your speakers are pleased as well.

A webinar registrant told a KRM Customer Service Representative last week that this new process is much easier than it was using the previous platform. With our new web conferencing software, she logged in without any assistance.

I'm very happy and excited to be a KRMite and am looking forward to working with the customer service team and with other task groups.

I'm originally from a small town an hour south of Eau Claire and moved here just over a year ago. My work experience includes 15 years of customer service experience in retail, trucking and computer systems.

During the summer, I like to go to the various state parks and hike while taking beautiful photos. I love being outside and have a strong interest in trying and learning new things. I look for the adventure in life!

I have two cats, Harley and Bandit. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my friends at the movies or dinner or just hanging out and chatting. I’m very outgoing and look at the positive things in life to find something good in each and every day!
