How KRM helps you brand your events

KRM will help you brand your events throughout every step of the process.
 
  1. Registration: Your logo will appear on every page of the registration process and the “Learn More” page.
  2. Confirmations and instructions: All registrant communications will include your organization’s name.
  3. Infomercial: During the last minute before your event begins, you can choose to air a brief audio announcement – infomercial – to give your audience important information, messages, etc. about your organization and upcoming events.
  4. Handouts: Your event handouts can contain your logo and information about your organization. You can include pages at the end of the handouts offering your recordings for sale and other products for your registrants.
  5. Scrolling slides: Prior to your webinars, you can display PowerPoint slides that will scroll continuously giving the attendees information about your organization and upcoming events.
  6. KRM Moderators will announce the name of your organization at the beginning of every webinar.
  7. Branded viewer: For streaming events, you can brand the event player your attendees use. See this example
  8. Customized copyright messaging: At the end of your event, the KRM Moderator will read a custom copyright message, which will be included in your event recording.

“I have members telling me they are concerned about the cost of registering all of their locations for our webinars. Of course I want them to register as many locations as possible. What can I do to help them?

This is a concern we often hear often from our clients. Many of their valuable members have offices in multiple locations and they want to train all of their staff members. And, their members are concerned about the cost of registering each of the sites individually.

So, what can you do to address this concern?

There are many choices and KRM can help you with all of them.

  1. Include messages in your marketing that speaks to the value of training multiple people at each site/location – e.g. “Gather as many people as you'd like in one office, conference room or auditorium and pay one low fee. “
  2. Offer a multiple site discount. You can advertise that when organizations register multiple locations at the same time, you’ll offer a discount. You can offer a discount for 2nd and subsequent locations or perhaps you’d prefer to offer a discount on registering more than 5 locations at one time.
  3. NEW! Sell bulk packages to organizations. For example, you enter into an agreement with Acme Organization for 100 registrations to be used during XX time period. Acme can distribute those registrations to their various locations or individual employees in whatever way they wish. KRM will assist you in administering that package by creating special registration forms that address the number of registrations and time period, providing reports to the bulk contract administrator at Acme Organization and to you.
