Today's Testimonial
“KRM has the best
reputation in the industry and is the company I prefer to work with for all of
my online events. Because of their experience and expertise, the team at KRM
allows the webinar facilitator to feel comfortable and confident and, in turn,
free to focus on the ultimate goal — communicating content in the most
effective way possible.
As a speaker I’ve done many events with other vendors that
haven’t gone so well. which is why I only
recommend KRM. They consistently deliver excellent quality and the highest
standards of service that guarantee top-notch events that exceed all of my
expectations, as well as the audience's. ”

Webinar, Streaming, Audioconference
Which event format is best for you? How do you choose?
A message from KRM President and CEO, Rick Olson As the leading webinar partner for
associations since 1994, KRM offers a large variety of audio, web, streaming and video solutions .
4 Main
Formats
- Audioconferences are delivered over the phone;
- Webinars deliver audio over the phone and slides
on the web;
- Webcast/Streaming events present audio and
slides/visuals on the web;
- Video streaming events present speaker video, as
well as audio and slides/visuals on the web.
Many of you have used one event
format for many years with great success. However, as technology is changing
and becoming easier to use, now’s the best time to try some new and different formats to engage
your audience:
- Because streaming events accommodate large audiences — without
putting a large dent in your budget —you can offer streaming events free of
charge from time to time to obtain new members, offer value to existing
members, etc.
- Use video streaming events for well-known speakers you want to
show off to your audience.
- If you’ve mainly used audioconferences, try a few webinars for
special presentations, hot topics, etc.

Meet RJ …
I work with the KRM network in the KRM IT department — adding,
changing and installing new servers and software to support you, your events
and the KRM team. I love keeping the KRM network going so we can get
information to you and your members efficiently and effectively.
Working with technology can be challenging, but it’s also exciting
and never boring. And, we are constantly looking for new solutions to make your
events the best they can be.
I also enjoy researching new hardware and software. It's fun to move
out old tech stuff and implement new technology to find out what it can do to
help our team, your events and your members.
Teenagers, Family Fun and
Facebook
My wife Patti and I have two children –- Mitch and Brianna. Mitch,
our teenager, really likes technology and was excited when we got a 1 TB
external hard drive for our home computer. He thought that was very high tech
for a home computer system.
My daughter, Brianna, is a Facebook expert. She loves talking,
typing and then some more talking! Oh, and I know this has nothing to do with Facebook
but I can’t forget how much she loves shopping! She recently became a new
driver, which is very exciting and scary all at the same time. Maybe it’s safer
for her to be on the computer than the roads! |
