Highlights from KRM’s first Client Summit

A message from KRM President and CEO, Rick Olson

We held our first-ever KRM Client Summit — an event exclusively for our Washington, D.C. metro-area clients — on May 25. We had 24 people attend, along with six KRMites. Check out some fun pictures.
 
We enjoyed a morning of collaboration, learning and sharing of practical and useful insights and tips for successful virtual events on topics like:
 
  • Selecting the right topics for virtual events;
  • Marketing strategies that work;
  • Finding great speakers and working with them
It was great to see so many of our clients take time away from their busy days to attend this energetic event. It was even better that so many found this to be such a worthwhile investment of their time. I am grateful that the participants shared information so willingly.
 
We plan to offer another KRM Client Summit in the Chicagoland area and hope to improve the event with the useful suggestions given to us by the first Client Summit participants.

When we’re not producing your live events, KRMites in the Operations Department are training your speakers, preparing your handouts, helping your registrants, preparing your next event, recording your infomercials and much more. There’s never a dull moment! That’s one of the things I love most about my job.

What is really satisfying to me, though, is getting to work with this great group of people every day.

My wife, Faye, and I have been married for 38 years. We have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. And, just like at work on a busy event day, there’s also never a dull moment when they visit us.
