Longevity, relationships and experience
A message from KRM President and CEO , Rick Olson
At KRM we believe in abundance and not scarcity. We believe in the value of knowledge and trust gained through time and with experience.
And, we believe in nurturing relationships into life-long partnerships — a quality reflected both with our own employees and the longterm relationships we’ve built with you, our clients.
Most of the conference calling companies and technology vendors you find in today’s webinar industry are new to the marketspace. KRM is not.
We’ve been around for a long time – more than 16 years – and have had the opportunity to work with many of you on exciting and innovative projects. Our experience is an important part of the partnership we share with you. It’s the stepping stone to our future success, and yours — to learn from you and generate new ideas through your feedback.
Because we value our clients and the information we share with one another, we are very excited to once again attend ASAE’s Springtime Expo – an event we’ve been attending for 16 years.|
This type of event gives us the opportunity to visit those of you in the Washington, D.C. area. It also reminds me, and all of us at KRM, about the wonderful relationships we have built with our clients — something we’re very proud of.
We value the association community and feel fortunate to have worked with you and your peers in the association world for so many years. We enjoy meeting with you in person, sharing ideas and listening listen to your feedback.
We look forward to visiting with you the week of May 24th and to seeing you at ASAE’s Springtime Expo May 27th. KRM is at Booth #1428.
Fun Facts
KRM has been a partner with our clients in virtual events for more than 16 years (and have learned so much!).
We’ve helped more than 550 clients with more than 8000 events.
We have KRMites who have been with us for the entire 16 years and for more than 9 years before that with PESI, our sister company in the seminar business.
Kind regards, Rick

Meet Chris …
I started my voyage in the professional education seminar business with PESI, KRM’s sister company, in 1985. And, I've been with KRM in the role of Chief Financial officer since the very first phone seminar in 1994. It’s been fun watching the company grow and change over the past 15 years. Even after all these years, I feel truly blessed to have a job that I love and co-workers who are great friends.
From KRMites to Chirpies
I've been married to my high school sweetheart, Jerry, for 45 years. We have three grown children and six grandchildren – known to us as the “Chirpies” because of their constant chatter. When I’m not with my family of KRMites at work, I’m enjoying my family of “Chirpies” at home every chance I get. And even though the chirpies have all flown off to different locations, we take yearly family vacations together to keep connected.
