You've worked hard to get the attention of your registrants, you've gotten them to register (and pay) for your events, and you want them to have an excellent experience throughout every step of the process. All this with the hope they'll register for your events again and again ... and again. We help to ensure repeat registrations by creating an exceptional experience for your registrants. Our customer service department, technical support staff and everyone at KRM is committed to excellent customer service.

Services Showcase: Event Assist

- Do you prefer to have a specific person to contact with questions about your event details?
At KRM, you build your events your way with the affordable option of taking care of your own event details and tasks, or choosing to have a KRM Event Assistant help you or do it for you. If you would like help or prefer to have one person at KRM to contact with your event details and tasks, you have the option of choosing event assist services to guide you every step of the way. Event Assist Services A specific event assistant is assigned to all your events and will be the person you can call or email when you need assistance with your event details. Your event assistant will work with you to determine what kind and how much help you need for your events.
Your event assistant will:
- Help you expedite tasks, when necessary.
- Send you friendly reminders and keep track of all of the tasks and deadlines necessary to execute your events successfully. (This person keeps track of all the details so you don't have to.)
- Submit your event details for you instead of using your valuable time to fill out forms and submit data yourself.
- Review and verify your event details and information before you promote to make sure it's accurate and what you want.
- Coordinate your event details with the KRM team to make sure your events are planned and delivered the way you want them.
- Will involve your Account Manager whenever appropriate.
- Guide you through every step of your event planning, giving you the information and knowledge you need to do it on your own in the future (if you choose to do so).
This optional service is billed in 15 - minute increments based on an hourly rate of $87.50. You pay only for the time you use.

As an operator, I am responsible for dealing with live events and helping your registrants get connected to your events successfully. You may also hear my voice on the other end of line calling you and your speakers for orientation calls. Outside of KRM, I love to spend time with my family. I enjoy going up north with my husband (I'm a newlywed), spending long days on the lake and chilling out with our pets -our dog Cricket and our cat Cami. I am passionate about animals and love being around them. I am a North Carolina Tarheels basketball fanatic and also enjoy watching the Green Bay Packers and New York Yankees!
