Where in the World is KRM?

A message from President and CEO, Rick Olson
We hear about social media
everywhere — even our local banks and eateries ask us to follow them on
Facebook and Twitter. So, in light of all this social media frenzy, you might
wonder …
Where can you find KRM these days?
The answer is: in a lot of
places!
Certainly
this newsletter is a great place to keep up with what’s going on at KRM. You
can also visit our website for new information and check out our free 5-Star Webinars. (They really are that good.) And, like many other
places you come across every day, we’re on Facebook and Twitter. "And, don't ya know we're way up nort' here in Wisconsin" and we'd love to have you visit us. Just let us know ...
As always, give your KRM
Account Manager, Amy, Ann, Christopher or Wayne a call today to talk about
what’s new in the webinar world and to talk about your plans for 2011.
We appreciate your business
and welcome the opportunity to brainstorm new ideas for the upcoming year.
Warm regards,
Rick

"Dear KRMite ... What makes a good webinar title?"
Dear KRMite:
I’ve just been asked to plan
webinars for my organization. Are there any rules for creating event titles for
webinars? Should I have a subtitle?
Dear Title Writer:
It’s
a truism for seminars — no matter what the format — that the 3 things that
drive attendance are Topic, Topic and Topic. However, the way you present the
topic — that is, the title of your event — can have a dramatic effect on the
success of your event.
