As Earl Nightingale once said, " We are what we think" Also many other great thinkers said the same thing. Dr Norman Vincent Peal said " Besides discovering my faith I learned that Man is what He Thinks" I wanted to add that Man and He are generic terms. There must be science behind those statements.

It is important to state facts that have proven to be truths over time. One of those facts has been repeated even in biblical text and is still a foundation for change as offered by many modern leaders and change agents. Remember the book "Think and Grow Rich"? Find it and read it again and again. The greatest secret in the world is hidden in the words. Find that secret and integrate it in your life. Many of you are already living the principles expressed in "Think and Grow Rich" yet I bet that you may not even be conscious of the principles, yet the results are delivered to you in your life. For some the results are not exactly "getting you rich" yet the laws or principles are still working.

Let's take for example a farmer with fertile land. The farmer only has to plant something. If for example the farmer plants corn in one field and poison vines in another field both will grow. The earth is not particular what is planted. Like our Minds, the choice of what goes in isn't evaluated by the Mind, it just helps what ever is placed to grow tall. The land does the same. Both the corn and the poison vines grow. What are you planting in your mind?

"I hope this deal doesn't fall through",

"I know we will get the order",

"The stress is killing me"

"I love the challenges, they are a way to be creative"

We speak the words of what's planted even without our conscious awareness. It is important for us to start immediately observing what we think. Look at your life experience and career opportunities. How are your relationships showing up? What are you desiring to show up in your life? The good news is that you can shift your life if you choose and expand the gifts life offers. It is easy to do and also easy not to do. It is your decision. Begin focusing on what you want. Focus on it as having already received it and remember to add a note of gratitude. Keep it up and it will show up.

I know these things because I experience them. Both the resourceful and also the not so resourceful. I am also a work in progress. I will let you know from time to time how I have integrated the Secrets found in "Think and Grow Rich"
