How many times have you heard or read about the secrets that obtain or create Abundance? Have you ever tried the techniques expressed? Did they work for you?

Have you ever wondered why some people you know who are very abundant in their life have never consciously read or practiced  the many techniques and secrets about creating Abundance? 

What is going on here? How do people in this great universe of ours actually have more and appear to be extremely Abundant and seem to just fall into the "pot of gold"?

There is a SECRET or is it just a natural ability which seems to be hidden from many of us? Every once in a while something will happen in our favor when we least expect it and the happening can be called an act of Abundance. We have all experienced the happening some time in our lives. For many it may happen often and then for some it is seemingly always happening.

I remember once many years ago I was asked to evaluate and calibrate the behavior of a group of sales people. The client wanted me to identify what caused some of the sales people to be average in sales and others to be extremely successful. The client wanted me to identify abundant behavior and then teach or "map over" that abundant behavior to the average sales people. My client wanted all top producers. What I found was very interesting.

Most of the behaviors of the sales people were similar. There was a few differences in how each person approached the tasks yet the sales presentations and the amount of calls made were similar. Nothing from a behavior standpoint really stood out or could be identified as a cause for difference in their sales results. In fact, sales people who were top producers and many of the lower producers really were similar behavior patterns. Their education, the way they dressed, their automobiles, the way they set up appointments, the people they called upon, the product they offered. the time they spent working, just about everything was similar.

So what was it?

SO WHAT WAS IT?

After careful study and indepth questioning something emerged to my awareness which was below the surface of conscious awareness. I noticed words and structure of words which identified mostly unconscious "BELIEF SYSTEMS" in the person I was questioning. It seems that the beliefs hidden away in the depths of the persons mind were actually creating natural thought processes and habitual self talk at a "Below Awareness" level. I noticed that the hidden beliefs once revealed were quite different in the top producers, the average producers and the poor producers. I accidentally stumbled on the SECRET, or was it one of those Abundant happenings?

Beliefs which  are created by us over the growth period of our lives were the hidden secrets. By the way, they all work perfectly. If our beliefs are of lack, then we create lack. If they are beliefs of winning some times and loosing sometimes then that is exactly what we create. If we have beliefs of success and ease of life, then that is exactley what we create.If our hidden beliefs are abundant thoughts of massive earnings then we experience that belief.The system works perfectly. What we "illusion" to be the truth,becomes our belief and from that time forward in our life our Recticular Activating System [RAS] , the web of nerves and "electrical impulses" at the base of our brain, begins sorting all the millions of bits of information in order to bring to our conscious mind that which fits our beliefs. Isn't that interesting, "we are responsible for what we are creating", and we do it perfectly, exactly how we were created to function.

What are your beliefs? Well this may or may not be what you want to read, yet your beliefs reflect exactly where you are in your life and environment. Your life experience reflects your beliefs. I surely didn't want to know that, yet there I was over and over again until I changed my beliefs. Even today the truth is revealed to me and I must either shift beliefs whether conscious or below conscious awareness or continue having similar experiences. Many of my experiences are extraordinary and I want to keep those belief just as you may have may resourceful and Abundant experiences.
