LIBERTARIAN PARTY OF ILLINOIS ANNOUNCES THAT GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE LEX GREEN WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE VANDALIA LION'S CLUB HALLOWEEN PARADE
The Libertarian Party of Illinois
and the Bond-Fayette County Libertarian Party are pleased to announce
that Illinois gubernatorial candidate Lex Green will be walking in
Vandalia's annual Halloween parade this Thursday evening, October 28th. The parade begins at 7 P.M. and will begin at the corner of Gallatin and 8th Streets in Vandalia.
Lex Green is one of the few third party candidates who will be on ballot this November.
Lex is running on the platform of limited government and individual
liberty. In a recent interview when asked what Libertarian means Green
said, "Libertarians believe that the purpose of government is to protect our property and our individual rights…. beyond that government has no business doing anything."
