You probably type the same things over and over. There's a nifty time saver called PhraseExpress. It's like the Autocorrect feature in Microsoft Office but works with all Windows applications and does much more.

I started testing this month and am very impressed. It's simple but very powerful For instance, typing @mActuary gives a working web link to http://twitter.com/mActuary. Also #now inserts the current time and #today inserts the date in my preferred format. Those are simple examples. You can do plenty more.
