Hi Subscriber. How is your summer?

We're wrapping up ours in New York City --- our first visit since 9/11. It'll be odd to visit Ground Zero. Last time, the World Trade Center helped me (briefly) overcome my aversion to heights in the way the Empire State Building never did.

I have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened. --- Mark Twain

Creating this second issue was easy. Fun almost.

The first issue went out glitch-free last month and lead to a flurry of positive email. My three biggest fears proved unfounded

  1. Only 0.9% unsubscribed
  2. Only 4.3% of emails were undeliverable
  3. No complaints under anti-spam rules

On the positive side

That's a good start.

Thanks for reading. Feel free to send your comments, questions and article suggestions. Let's learn and share.

Pursue success.
